Talk or type everything you know: the date, the venue, who's helping, what worries you.

2. Preview the board

Help me proposes lists, categories, cards and tasks, with dates worked back from the big day. Untick anything you don't want.

3. Run it

Drag cards along as things happen. Priority shows the next 72 hours, and overdue jobs turn red.
